So my St. Patrick’s Day meal was a complete success!!! I made Irish Soda Bread, as pictured, as well as Potato Leek Soup! The best part is the soup I made from scratch sans recipe and both turned out AMAZING! So happy.
Time to drink.

Friday morning Tigger passed away. I knew it was coming and it’s probably for the better, he has been sick for a while. It helps ease the pain, but it doesn’t make me miss him any less. He’s been a part of my family for 13 years… It’s weird to see the house without him.
